Fall registration is open. Ten weeks of cornhole starting Thursday September 10, Thursdays at 7:00 PM in the Kneble’s Auto lot right next door to Freddy J’s, running through the championship on Sunday November 15 at 3:00 PM.
This is our tenth season since we started in 2023. Four matches a week, every team makes the playoffs, and two champions get crowned at the end of it.
This season we are playing for the Main Street Food Pantry.
Ten dollars from every team entry and five dollars from every solo entry goes to the Main Street Food Pantry, run by the First United Methodist Church of Mays Landing. It comes out of the entry fee rather than getting added on top, so signing up is the whole thing. We will post the total we hand over once the season wraps.
We have put money toward the pantry before through the Airmail Challenge. This season it is built into every entry instead.
Entry is $120 a team for the whole season. Signing up solo is $60 and we will match you with a partner.
Get in early if you can. We order shirts and lock the schedule off the signup list, so the sooner we know who is playing, the better it goes for everybody. And if you know somebody who has talked about playing, send them this.
Freddy J’s and Kneble’s Auto are back on the boards again, same as every season. Between the two of them we have a lot to play in and a bar to go to when we are done, which is most of what a league needs.
There is room for more. Board sponsors get a custom-branded board in play every Thursday night. Shirt sponsors go on the shirts every player wears all season. Digital sponsors get a logo and link on the website plus social shoutouts. Pricing and the rest of it are on the sponsorship page.
Everything else is the same as always. Cancellation scoring to 21, boards at 27 feet, underhand only, 21 and over. Subs are allowed during the regular season as long as one original teammate is there. Freddy J’s runs $1 wings and $2 Yuenglings while we play, and late night happy hour starts when the last bag lands.
