Hello there, Cornhole enthusiasts! It’s time to dive into the riveting action from the doubleheader of Weeks 1 and 2 of the Fall 2023 Mays Landing Cornhole League season. These weeks were filled with strategic plays, intense rivalries, and unforgettable moments. If you missed the live-action, don’t fret; we’ve got all the highlights for you.

It was an exhaustive first night, not for the faint of heart. The dedication was palpable as almost every team pulled through to the finish, even though some had to bow out early. Such long nights are rare and won’t happen again unless the weather plays spoilsport. So kudos to all our players!

Week 1 &2 Highlights

• Corn Flakes and Canada Gooses battled it out in a memorable showdown. With a final score of 7 to 21, Canada Gooses emerged as the victor, but both teams left an indelible mark with their performance.
• Ace Holes and Baggin’ And Braggin showcased a thrilling contest. With a final score of 8 to 21, Baggin’ And Braggin emerged as the victor, but both teams displayed stellar gameplay.
• Husk and 5/8ths and Beaks Bag delivered an unforgettable match. With a final score of 20 to 21, Beaks Bag clinched a close victory, yet both teams showcased their Cornhole prowess.
• Bags On Boards and Glory Hole squared off in a gripping duel. With a final score of 25 to 18, Bags On Boards emerged as the victor, yet the passion and energy of both teams were palpable.
• Corn Skulls and American Construction gave the audience a match to remember. Corn Skulls stood tall with a final score of 21 to 17, yet both teams played with great fervor.
