Now, let’s dive into the games! The Cornholios, American Construction, and JSquared led the pack, each securing three wins. The Cornholios delivered a masterclass performance, blanking Gonna Cream You 21-0 in Round 2. American Construction demonstrated its might with a commanding 24-4 victory over We So Corny in the same round, while Team Landi stood tall with a convincing 27-4 triumph over Bags on Boards in the second round.
Team Landi, Cornhall Junkies, 4 Bags 1 hole, Bags On Boards, All In, and DatCouple609 each bagged two victories, showcasing some serious talent. JSquared demonstrated their dominance with a 23-0 win over The Corn Dawgs in Round 2, while the Cornhall Junkies proved their mettle by overcoming All In with a score of 23-2 in Round 1.
Ace Holes secured their first victory of the week in Round 3, edging out Beer Pressure with a close score of 8-22.
Our remaining teams, Tidal Tossing Twosome, Husk and a Half, and The Corn Dawgs displayed commendable spirit, despite not securing a win this week. They’re eager for redemption in the upcoming matches!
Regrettably, Corn Flakes, Corn Muffins, Loveshack, and Corn Bulbs did not show up for Week 2. Their presence on the field was missed, and we look forward to their return in the following weeks.
