April 17, 2024 by Grant Kneble

Welcome to the Anticipated Third and Fourth Weeks of the Spring 2024 Mays Landing Cornhole League!

As the Spring 2024 season progresses, our cornhole community continues to impress with their resilience and enthusiasm. Despite unpredictable weather forecasts, our dedicated players are ready to adapt and enjoy the spirited competition that defines the Mays Landing Cornhole League.

This week, we maintain our streamlined schedule with each Thursday night featuring 6 games, starting at 7 PM. This adjustment from the usual 4-game lineup and the more recently played 8-game week ensures a balanced and enjoyable evening, allowing for more strategic play without the fatigue of back-to-back weeks’ worth of games.

A Community Thriving Together

This week, we’ve seen a fantastic turnout, with teams displaying great skill and sportsmanship. We appreciate everyone who has shown up and contributed to the vibrant atmosphere of our league. Due to the insane weather, a few scheduling challenges have occurred. We are grateful for your understanding and flexibility as we refine our scheduling to provide a diverse and engaging gameplay experience.

Ongoing Support and Acknowledgments

Our gratitude extends to this season’s wonderful sponsors: Fairview Chiropractic and Wellness, Landi Pools & Games, Kneble’s Auto Service Center, and Freddy J’s Bar & Kitchen. Their support enhances the experience for every participant and spectator, strengthening the foundation of our cornhole community.

A Commitment to Our Environment

As we gather each week, remember the importance of maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Please be responsible for your own areas; avoid tossing bottle caps or other waste on the ground. Let’s ensure that our venue remains as pristine as when we arrived. Your cooperation is essential in keeping our shared spaces enjoyable for everyone.
