The Summer 2025 Mays Landing Cornhole League is back in full swing, and Weeks 3 & 4 delivered an action-packed doubleheader! After unfortunately cancelling Week 3 due to rain, our dedicated teams took the courts for the first doubleheader in two seasons, bringing enthusiasm and intense competition.
It was fantastic to see all the teams out on the boards this week—thank you for your flexibility and commitment as we navigated scheduling changes. Please note that, due to venue and schedule constraints, any additional rainouts this season will be managed similarly with doubleheaders.
Big Moves in the Standings!
This week’s doubleheader created some significant shifts in the rankings. Three teams made notable jumps up the leaderboard:
- JERSEY DEVIL BRO’S
- Pine Creek Structures
- Cock Sox
JERSEY DEVIL BRO’S had an especially strong showing, going 5-3 and seizing the top spot in the overall standings by just one point over BagStreet Boys. It’s a tight race at the top!

July 11th Update
Week 5 Weather Cancellation and Standings Clarification
Unfortunately, we had to cancel Week 5 (Thursday, July 10th) due to weather conditions. It’s always disappointing to miss a week of cornhole, but player safety and comfort remain our top priorities. We’ll keep everyone informed about any rescheduling or updates.
I would also like to extend a special thank you to everyone who reached out to me through calls, texts, emails, or in person regarding the discrepancies in the standings. Ironically, despite the confusion, the top 9 teams remained unchanged, with only a handful of minor differences overall. Your attention to detail and commitment to our league does not go unnoticed.
While I’m still not entirely sure what led to the confusion, rest assured that we keep detailed logs of every game, thanks to Scoreholio. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive for accuracy in all aspects of the league.
Thanks again for your continued support and involvement. See you all next Thursday!
