Get in early and sign up for the Fall Season! It starts on August 29th and goes until October 27th. This is the last season of 2024 until Spring 2025. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be part of another exciting cornhole journey.
Regular Season and Playoffs: Complete!
The regular season and playoffs are officially over. Next week is the championship tournament in Week 10. It’s double elimination, with a minimum of 2 games and a maximum of 5 games (for the champions).
Undefeated Playoff Teams
Three teams went undefeated in these playoffs: Sofrito & Sazon and Sweetwater Slingers in Bracket A, and G-Spot Markers in Bracket B.
Close Matches
Despite the great weather (because people blamed the weather last week), these playoffs have showcased how close each game is and how the championship is one game away from changing everything.
Epic Showdown Highlight
The showdown between Jersey Cartel and Husk and a Half was one for the ages. Juan and Justin went bag for bag, showing off on Instagram. Jersey Cartel won 23-4.
Championship Tournament: Week 10
All teams make the championship tournament, even if they haven’t shown up since week one (Sultans of Fling). If your opponent does not show, you will be given the win and treated like a first round bye, joining the G-Spot Markers and Tree Surgeons on their first round bye.
The first 3 teams of each bracket will win trophies and prizes. Additionally, there is a match between the winners of both brackets to determine the ultimate winner of the season.
The first place winner of the whole league will receive a trophy as well as one from their respective bracket.
The first place winner of the whole league will receive the coveted “Bluey” sweatshirt and the first place winner of the B Bracket (unless also the whole league winner) will receive the coveted “Greenie” sweatshirt.

Airmail Challenge
When you sign in, we will take sign-ups for the Airmail Challenge. This exciting 50/50 challenge helps the Mays Landing Food Pantry and allows participants to win a cumulative pot.
The pot is now at $272, with $136 available to win. Each throw is now worth $34 thanks to the great turnout from prior weeks. We would love to see if we can really boost this on championship night.
Tickets are $5 for 1 ticket, $10 for 3 tickets, and $20 for 7 tickets.
Participants throw a bean bag from 35 feet into the airmail challenge hole. One bag wins 25% of the pot; two win 50%.
Championship Update
Everyone who buys a ticket will have an opportunity to throw. Here’s the catch!
- The order in which you are called is chosen at random.
- Once all four throws are gone or we run out of tickets, the challenge ends.
- If a person hit both of their throws, they get a free 3rd throw.
- If a person hits all three throws, they get a 4th and final throw to win the whole pot.
- If there is money left over, it will be donated along with the other half of the pot.
